It was outside our budget but how could we say no?
After a few weeks of trying to find a long term rental and staying in some incredibly horrible airbnbs we finally found the most amazing penthouse!
Yes, it was way above our budget, no it didn't have a pool but after we saw it and walked away, we knew we had to call immediately and say "Yes! We will take it!"
No regrets, it was such a fun space to live in and even better location. The owner is a fun, colorful Aussie whom we love and cherish all our times in this fantastic home.
The location of the penthouse was amazing. The malecon was an easy level 15 min walk away along the river. The building was close to all amenities; markets, restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies, laundry, butchers, and anything else you could possibly want or need. The convenience was spectacular.
